About Me!

Founder of The Listening Tree

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate the complex paths of grief, trauma, and ADHD. My  life has been shaped by profound personal loss, trauma, PTSD, and the everyday realities of living with ADHD. These experiences opened my heart to a deeper purpose: to walk alongside others with empathy, understanding, and hope.

Through my healing journey, I’ve learned that pain doesn’t have to define us — it can transform us. This belief led me to pursue certifications in grief, trauma, ADHD, and life coaching. Today, I use these tools to support others in their  unique journeys — creating a space that is gentle, non-judgmental, and deeply compassionate.

One of the greatest joys in my work is helping children with ADHD. I understand their struggles with focus, emotional regulation, and self-worth. I work closely with them and their families to nurture confidence, build practical skills, and celebrate their unique gifts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

We support children, teens, and adults living with ADHD, as well as individuals navigating trauma, grief, or PTSD. We also work closely with parents and caregivers who need support understanding and empowering their neurodivergent children.

Our practice is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. We understand ADHD, trauma, and grief not just clinically, but personally — which allows us to offer a truly empathetic, non-judgmental, and tailored approach to each client.

We offer both in-person sessions in Calgary and virtual coaching across Canada. This flexibility allows clients to access support in a way that best fits their lifestyle and comfort.

No, we offer coaching, which focuses on present goals, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and actionable strategies. While not a replacement for therapy, coaching can be a powerful complement to other forms of care — especially for those with ADHD or trauma-related challenges.
